Position Full sun gardens in well drained soil. Frost and drought tolerant and hardy.
Uses It is great in landscapes and containers. They can be grown as a border, to line pathways as informal hedges, in containers as a single item or mixed with other perennials to form a lovely cottage garden.

Salvia Mystic Spires is a compact variety that produces beautiful showy dark blue flower spires held above deep green foliage.
