‘Snow Cape’ is a pure white flowering Plumbago, bred to maintain vibrant colour through our hot summer months. Large full phlox-like clusters of flowers, providing gardeners with multitudes of white flowers in all conditions. ‘Snow Cape’ has proven to be a long flowering, hardy shrub suited to Australia’s tough conditions.
