‘Royal Cape’ is a deep blue flowering Plumbago, bred to maintain vibrant colour through our hot summer months. Large full phlox-like clusters of flowers, providing gardeners with the rare blue flower in all conditions. ‘Royal Cape’ has proven to be a long flowering, hardy shrub suited to Australia’s tough conditions.
